Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026. Arken Systems (or the entity operating Zovo) ("we", "us", "our") operates the Zovo platform.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Zovo application, including when you connect your Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) advertising accounts via OAuth, manage campaigns, and use our influencer marketing and digital media features. We are committed to transparency and compliance with applicable privacy laws and with the policies of the third-party services we integrate with (including Google and Meta).

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: Email address, name, and other details you provide when registering or managing your account.
  • OAuth and advertising platform data: When you connect your Google Ads or Meta Ads account, we receive and store access tokens and related identifiers (e.g., account IDs) necessary to manage your ad campaigns, retrieve performance data, and sync settings on your behalf. We do not store your Google or Meta account password. The scope of data we access is limited to what you authorize during the OAuth consent flow (e.g., Google Ads API scope, Meta ads_read and ads_management).
  • Campaign and performance data: Data about your campaigns, ad accounts, budgets, and performance metrics that we retrieve from connected platforms to display in the Zovo dashboard and to provide campaign management features.
  • Usage and technical data: Logs, device information, and usage patterns to operate, secure, and improve the service (e.g., IP address, browser type, timestamps).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the Zovo platform; connect and sync your advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) as authorized by you; create, pause, resume, and update campaigns and budgets on your behalf; display performance and analytics; authenticate you and enforce our terms; improve our services and security; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising purposes unrelated to the operation of Zovo, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services and OAuth

Zovo integrates with Google (Google Ads API) and Meta (Facebook Marketing API). When you connect these accounts, you authorize us to access and use data in accordance with their respective APIs and your consent. Your use of those platforms is also subject to Google's and Meta's privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review them. We only request the minimum scopes necessary to provide our advertised features (e.g., ad account access, campaign management, performance data).

5. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Data (including Google user data)

We may share, transfer, or disclose information (including Google Ads data accessed via the Google Ads API) only in the following circumstances:

  • Within your organization and authorized users: Zovo is used by brands and by digital marketing agencies working on behalf of brands. If a brand grants access to an agency (or agency team members) inside Zovo, those authorized agency users can view and manage the brand's connected ad accounts and related performance data through Zovo. Likewise, brand users can view the progress and performance of their own connected ad accounts.
  • Service providers: We may share data with trusted vendors who help us operate the service (e.g., hosting, analytics, logging, customer support tooling), under contractual obligations to protect the data and use it only to provide services to us.
  • Legal, security, and compliance: We may disclose data if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud/abuse, or ensure the safety and security of users and the platform.
  • Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and applicable law.

We do not sell Google user data or use Google user data for serving ads, retargeting, or building advertising profiles unrelated to providing the Zovo features you use.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain your account and OAuth-related data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and comply with law. You may disconnect your ad accounts at any time, after which we will cease accessing new data from those platforms; we may retain historical data as required for our operations or legal obligations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update account details in the application and disconnect ad accounts from the Ad Platform Connections area. To exercise other rights or ask questions about this policy, contact us using the details below.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and to improve the service. You can control cookie settings through your browser; disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the platform.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Zovo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
